Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at supporth3arth@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at supporth3arth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

The following items cannot be returned: digital products, gift cards, and items that are personalized or made to order. Items sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
