Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and to select international destinations. Here is what to expect after you place your order.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery within the United States is [5 to 12] business days after your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by the carrier and busy periods.

Shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any free shipping offers will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update after you receive it.

International orders. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees or import taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at supporth3arth@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
